Following the footsteps of such animal-loving luminaries as Katherine Heigl, Kristen Chenoweth, Wynonna Judd Carrie Ann Inaba and reality personality Bethenny Frankel, actress Jennie Garth of Beverly Hills 90210 fame has taken on the title of celebrity spokesperson for this year’s event.
